Please note that if we have not received the balance by the due date, our system will auto cancel the booking and any monies paid will be forfeited in accordance with a normal terms and conditions. Should this occur, customers may apply for a Travel Credit Note (not a Refund Credit Note) for the value of the funds that we have received.
