Advance Registration
We know that many customers want to book popular departure dates many months before they become officially available for sale through the airline and hotel computer systems.
Usually airline seats cannot be booked and confirmed for dates departing in more than 330 days’ time but to ensure our customers get the best guaranteed price on their preferred departure dates, we request airline seats through our own Advanced Registration procedure.
All bookings must contain a minimum of two return transatlantic flights, accommodation booked through us throughout the stay.
We guarantee all prices will not increase after your booking is made with us. Occasionally it may be necessary for operational reasons for us to make a minor change by using an alternative airline, routing or stay in different accommodation of the same class or higher.

How do I know if my booking is based on Advance Registration?
The status of your booking element will show as Advance Registration.
When will I know that my booking is confirmed?
As soon as we receive confirmation the status will be changed to confirmed and an updated confirmation will be sent.
How long will I have to wait?
Your confirmation will be sent no later than 9 months before travel.
What will happen if the airline does not release the seats for the dates that I have requested?
In the unlikely event that flight seats are not released, USAirtours will guarantee the fare and book you on the next best alternative for the same dates, this will always be in line with our booking conditions. Alternatively you may want to look at other available dates and we are always happy to help.
What will happen if the hotel does not become available?
If this happens, USAirtours will book an alternative of the same standard and in the same vicinity at no extra cost.
