Amending or postponing itineraries
The forecast direction, wind speed and timings are all subject to change and at this stage we have been informed that all flights departing to Florida airports from the UK are scheduled to depart as normal. Consequently, should customers wish to postpone their travel plans at this stage our normal amendment or cancellation fee would apply.
We are closely monitoring the situation and should significant changes occur, will contact customers by text message and provide updates on our website for those affected and departing within the next 48 hours.
As your Tour Operator, our own terms for dealing with the situation may vary from those published by your airline and other travel suppliers so please follow our own advice should we need to vary your travel plans.
