Rock ‘N Roll, Rockets and Elvis

Arrive in Atlanta and travel to Birmingham, Alabama, known as the "Dinner Table of the South". Florence, Muscle Shoals, Tuscumbia and Sheffield make up the area known as the "Hit Recording Capital of the World" and is the place where the Rolling Stones, Aretha Franklin and others came to record their hit records. It's also where the Father of the Blues, WC Handy, was born and where Native Americans said the river sang. Travel to Nashville, often called "Music City USA", where you can tour Music Row and visit historic RCA Studio B and the Country Music Hall of Fame. In the evening, visit some of the intimate clubs in town, including the Listening Room Cafe and the famous Bluebird Cafe.

Travel to Lynchburg, Tennessee where small town values and perfect Americana living are alive and well. Explore Huntsville, nicknamed "Rocket City" for its role in US space missions. Huntsville's close proximity to Nashville has allowed it to become the live music centre for the area that includes local music halls and a Roman-style amphitheatre called the Orion. This vibrant southern city is full of rocket scientists and brewpubs.
