Customers Travelling Between 20 March 2020 And 30 November 2021
If you are a customer who has booked a USAirtours holiday through your travel agency, we act as your Tour Operator and have a contract with you to provide your holiday in accordance with our booking conditions and Important Information that are available to view on this website.
USAirtours holds an ATOL License (No. 3085) and issues an ATOL Certificate for every holiday sold that gives customers the reassurance of full financial protection in the event of our financial failure.
In the current circumstances, we appreciate that customers who are booked to travel on or before 30th November 2021 may prefer to cancel and rebook their holiday for a later date and you may do so under the terms of our Flexible Booking Policy providing your airline tickets have not already been issued.
Alternatively, if you would like to cancel your holiday, but do not know when you may wish to travel again, we will waive our administration fee and you may request a Travel Credit for the value of monies received by completing the online form. The value of the travel credit will be subject to any liabilities on the booking, be valid for 2 years from issue date, and is non-refundable. When you are ready to make a new booking using your Travel Credit, a new deposit will be required.
A new ATOL Certificate will be issued once a new booking has been made which is financially protected by the CAA.
If you decide to either take a Travel Credit or make new booking under our Flexible Booking Policy, neither is refundable in the event of any future cancellations related to the Covid-19 pandemic.
