If you are a customer who has booked a USAirtours holiday through your travel agency, we act as your Tour Operator and have a contract with you to provide your holiday in accordance with our booking conditions that are available to view on this site.
USAirtours holds an ATOL License (No. 3085) and issues an ATOL Certificate for every holiday sold that gives customers the reassurance of full financial protection in the event of our financial failure.
In the current circumstances, we appreciate that customers who are booked to travel from 15th April 2020 may prefer to postpone their holiday and under our Flexible Booking Policy you can re-book your trip for a later date through your travel agent now.
Alternatively, if you would like to cancel your holiday, but do not know when you may wish to travel again, we will waive our usual cancellation terms and apply a Travel Credit equal to the deposit or balance that we have received on your booking. The value of the travel credit will be subject to any liabilities on the booking.
All customers travelling between 15th April and 31st December 2020 can now request a Travel Credit that will be valid for up to 2 years from your original departure date and valid for travel on or after 1st January 2021 to re-book the same or similar holiday through your travel agent.
USAirtours also offers holidays to Canada, the Caribbean, USA or any worldwide cruise holiday, available through your local travel agent.
When you decide when to re-book, we will issue you with another ATOL Certificate that will continue to provide you with full financial protection.
The form must be completed by the Lead Customer Only
