USAirtours sends tens of thousands of travellers overseas to enjoy wonderful holidays but on rare occasions, arrangements do not proceed as planned and should this arise we take the investigation of these matters very seriously.

We are sorry if you have a reason to raise a complaint because we want any holiday bought from us to be as enjoyable as possible. 

Even though all of our customers book with us through one of our travel agency partners, as your tour operator we have a contract directly with you that makes us responsible for the holiday detailed on our booking confirmation. We are required to take all reasonable steps to ensure that the products and services provided meet or exceed the necessary standards. 

To enable us to begin investigating your complaint, could we ask for the first named customer shown on our booking confirmation to complete the form below to formally register your complaint with us. We will then email you an acknowledgement straight away to confirm that we have begun investigating your complaint. 

If you have already sent us the complaint information via your travel agent, please type ‘information already provided’ on the form below. 

We will contact you again should we require any further information to help us complete our investigation and we will then write to you with the outcome, sending a copy to your travel agent.

This form can ONLY be completed by one of the travelling party but when we write back, we will of course provide a copy to your travel agent.
